e-CHUG is an on-line survey that provides you with a detailed assessment of your alcohol use. The assessment only takes about 6-7 minutes to complete. Upon completion, you will be given personalized feedback, including information about available resources on campus and in the community. You can print your feedback immediately or save your User ID# to print it later. If you need proof of completion for the Office of Judicial Affairs, go to Verification of Completion in the Making Changes section of your feedback.
